More details
The Cartier Santos is one of the most important designs in watchmaking history, first introduced in 1904 for aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont. The Galbée collection refined the original square case with softer curves, an integrated bracelet, and elegant proportions, making it a staple of Cartier’s neo-vintage era.
This reference 1564 features a 29 × 41 mm stainless steel case, polished bezel with screw detailing, and a silver dial with bold black Roman numerals. Cartier’s signature blued steel sword hands provide the perfect contrast, while a discreet date window at 6 o’clock adds everyday practicality.
This example is presented in excellent condition, with crisp case lines, a clean dial, and a tight bracelet. Powered by the reliable Cartier Calibre 687 quartz movement, it offers timeless design and dependable performance — a versatile choice for both daily wear and collecting.
